| 摘 要： | 坐标系统是区域空间地理基础框架的数学基础,坐标基准改变,会使测绘成果也随之改变.以广西基础测绘规划试点——梧州市为例进行了论证,提出了坐标新旧测绘成果有效衔接的实施方法,并探讨了如何在新坐标系统下利用旧有成果,可为其它城市进行相关工作提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Coordinate system is the mathematic foundation of regional spatial geographic basic frame.If the coordinate standard changes,the survey and mapping achievements will change too.The basic survey and mapping plan pilot project of Wuzhou Guangxi is taken as an example to put forward the implementation method of the achievements connecting effectively between the new and old coordinate system.And how to utilize the old achievements under the new coordinate systems is also discussed.All these studies provide feasible relevant reference for other cities. |
