疏松砂岩油藏高含水期控水防砂技术

摘    要:疏松砂岩油藏高含水期油井出砂加剧、管柱腐蚀愈加严重。分析了疏松砂岩油藏高含水期开发影响因素和油井高含水存在的主要危害,在对控水防砂进行机理分析的基础上,研制了具有控水、防砂双重功能的新型控水砂,并从水油阻力比、接触角、导流能力等方面开展了室内评价。室内评价表明:该控水防砂材料对水油阻力比最高可以达到5.3,接触角152°,同时保留着较高的导流能力。现场试验表明,该技术平均降水率可达15.5%,控水防砂效果显著。控水防砂技术为疏松砂岩高含水油藏的经济有效开发奠定了良好基础,可进一步推广应用。

Abstract:With many years of water flooding development in unconsolidated sand reservoirs, water cut in oil wells increased dramatically, resulting in highly increasing of sand production, pipe string corrosion, oil lifting and separation expenses. Therefore, water cut control has become a key technique for high water cut stage in unconsolidated sand reservoirs. Development affecting factors during high water cut stage in unconsolidated sand reservoirs and major hazard of high water cut oil wells were analyzed in this paper. Based on the mechanism analyzing of water cut control and sand control, a new sand material has been developed which can be used both for water cut control and sand control, and indoor experimental evaluation was set in term of water/oil resistance ratio, contact angle and conductivity. The evaluation result shows that the highest water/oil resistance ratio could reach at 5.3, contact angle at 152°, and keeping high conductivity at the same time. The application test in 4 wells in site showed that water cut could be averagely reduced 15.5%, achieved favorable results in water cut and sand control. The water cut and sand control techniques set well foundation for developing high water cut unconsolidated sand reservoirs effectively and economically, and will become an importantly popularized and applied technique in developing high water cut reservoirs.
