封固海相易漏层的抗高压低密水泥浆体系研究

摘    要:针对海相地层固井过程中易漏的问题,结合海相地层井身结构分析和常用漂珠低密度水泥浆体系高压下密度稳定性分析,得到了海相地层固井漏失发生的原因。在此基础之上,引入高承压能力的HGS空心玻璃微珠,以颗粒级配理论为指导设计了高压下密度稳定、适用于海相易漏层固井的低密度水泥浆体系。理论分析和大量的试验表明:海相地层固井易漏的主要原因是,海相地层多属深井超深井,井下压力高,而常用漂珠低密度水泥浆体系在井下高压作用下密度会升高,从而使浆体液柱压力增大压漏地层;引进HGS微珠得到的低密度水泥浆体系,密度在1.20~1.45 kg/L之间可调,兼具浆体性能稳定、直角稠化并且浆体密度在高压下稳定等特点,更适用于海相地层固井。
