| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一个利用虚拟仪器技术开发的轧制力在线智能监测系统。系统以PC工控机为主控平台,利用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW7.1与使用PCI总线的高性能多通道数据采集卡相结合,实现对轧制力信号自动采集、判断、智能数据处理等功能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the development of the online intelligent detecting system of rolling force by LabVIEW software. This system consists of industry-used PC and multi-channel data acquisition cards with high-performance and application software designed by professional virtual instrument developing language LabVIEW. The system can satisfy the demands for signal auto-acquisition.judgement and intelligent data processing . |
