骨架式光缆成缆结构和工艺的改进

摘    要:分析了影响骨架式光缆成缆和产品质量的主要原因。通过对光缆骨架结构和成缆工艺的改进,设计了专用导入槽模片,实现了光纤精确入槽的成缆工艺,使骨架式光缆的工艺质量和产品性能得到保证,成品率和生产效率显著提高。

Abstract:The main factors influencing the cabling and product quality of slotted-core fiber optic cable are analyzed.Through the improvement of the slotted-rod structure and cabling technology the special-purpose die-sheet for guiding into is designed thereby getting a cabling process that features accurately entering the slots.In this case the process quality and product performance are secured,and the yields and production efficiency are significantly enhanced.
