| 摘 要： | 针对东风商用车公司技术中心从十堰移至武汉的实际情况，原有纸质化的数据文件管理模式已无法满足异地办公需求，研究并设计了基于E—BOM的产品工程数据管理系统，实现了对申请单位管理、技术资料申请会签流程管理、技术资料数据发放管理和数据拷入拷出管理，构建了一个异地产品工程数据电子化处理平台，加快了产品工程数据申请、发放和交换的处理过程，满足了东风商用车公司技术中心异地办公的需求，并大大提高了产品研发效率。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual situation of that the original paper document management mode of the data cannot meet the needs of remote office when Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Company Technical Center moved to Wuhan, E - BOM based product engineering data management system was designed and discussed. The system implemented the function of applicant management, countersigned process of technical information application management,distribution of technical information management,data copyingin and copying - out management and other function modules. An electronic processing platform was built up for remote product engineering data and it accelerated the application, distribution, exchanging process of product engineering data. The system meets remote office needs of technology center of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Company, and greatly improves the efficiency of product development. |
