摘    要:介绍一种基于单片机控制的热处理炉温度控制系统的设计方案以及软硬件设计方法.给出了硬件原理图,并详细介绍了温度对象控制过程中克服滞后、减小超调量提高控制精度的方法.

Abstract:The design scheme of temperature control system and the design method of the software and hardware based on single chip computer for thermal processing furnaces are introduced in this paper.The hardware principle diagram is given.The methods of decreasing the overshoot and increasing the control precision during controlling the temperature are described in details.
