| Abstract: | The design scheme of temperature control system and the design method of the software and hardware based on single chip computer for thermal processing furnaces are introduced in this paper.The hardware principle diagram is given.The methods of decreasing the overshoot and increasing the control precision during controlling the temperature are described in details. |
