| 摘 要： | 介绍了碳资产管理的背景。碳资产管理的流程包括能源审计和碳盘查。说明了我国造纸行业CDM(清洁发展机制)的现状,分析了CDM开发滞后的原因。介绍了欧盟和美国的碳交易体系,细致讲述了国内自愿减排碳指标申请的流程。推荐了适合造纸行业开发的项目,对我国造纸企业的碳资产管理提出了建议。 |
