扩散对渣油加氢反应影响的初步研究

摘    要:结合渣油加氧处理催化剂的特点,阐述了内外扩散的机理,提出了如何消除外扩散对反应的影响及渣油加氢处理催化剂的内扩散有效因子的估算.在1000mL固定床装置上进行了试验,液时空速在0.3~2.2 h-1范围内,完全可以排除外扩散的影响;内扩散影响程度从小到大排列顺序:HDS<HDNi<HDV.

Abstract:The mechanisms of internal and external diffusion on residue hydrotreating catalyst was discussed.Methods of eliminating external influence of diffusion were proposed and intraparticle diffusion efficiency factor on residue hydrotreating catalyst was estimated.The experiment was carried out in a 1000 mL fixed-bed reactor under conditions of LHSV from 0.4 h-1 to 2.3 h-1,the influence of external diffusion could be eliminated.The impact tendency of internal diffusion was investigated and shown as HDS< HDNi
