Abstract:This paper introduced the nutrient value and the health-care function of Chaenomeles Sinensis. The research of relative products of Chaenomeles Sirtertsis, such as wine, vinegar, low-sugar preserved fruit, jam, low-sugar can, pulp drink and health-care panocha are also summarized.
