鼓泡塔内气液两相流速度分布

摘    要:用激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)详细测量了气液鼓泡塔内气液并流和气液逆流时的流速分布。鼓泡塔内为复杂的三维流动。气液并流时,在升力作用下气泡集聚在塔中心区。气液逆流时,气泡集聚在塔壁面附近。中心速度较大且随着表观气速的增大而增大,同时径向速度梯度也随之增大。塔壁附近出现返混区,零轴向速度发生在相对半径r/R=0.7左右。气液逆流时,在气泡诱导下,壁面附近液体流速与主流区方向相反,出现向上的速度。本研究为鼓泡塔放大设计和数值模拟提供了可靠的参考数据。

Abstract:In bubbly air/water two-phase up and down flows of the water in a bubble column. The liquid velocity was measured in detail using a laser doppuler velocineter. For air/water up flow, was found that the bubbles tended to migrate twoard the center of the column. The profiles of fluid velocities and gas velocities in axialwere obtained. Measurements of liquid velocities in bubble columns of different height and different superficale were obtained and discussed.
