摘    要:本文就管道内甲烷-空气混合气体爆炸的压力测试展开实验研究.论文首先探讨了可燃气体爆炸的理论依据,接下来对测试系统的主要组成部分——动态采集存储仪和压力传感器的技术性能做了阐述,经过多次对比实验,确定了测试系统的采集参数及配置参数,并运用该系统对不同浓度的甲烷的爆炸压力进行了多次测试,从实验的角度得出了气体浓度对爆炸压力等特性的影响规律.并对实验过程中出现的一些问题进行了分析.

Abstract:This paperdo experimental research on explosion pressure tests of methane-air mixture in pipeline.The paper discussed the combustible gas explosion theory first,then represent the technical characteristics of main test system components—Dynamic Acquisition Instrument and pressure sensors.After several experiments,the acquisition parameters and configuration parameters of test system are determined,and we use the system do some tests for explosion pressure of different concentrations methane.From the experimental perspective we get the influence law of gas concentration on the explosion pressure.The problems appear in the experimental process are in analyzing.
