| 摘 要： | 根据插座盒的结构与尺寸的特点，进行材料性能、注射工艺等分析，基于软件Pro／E设计了注射模。零件采用一次分型，设计模具成型零件，解决了塑件脱模难的问题。模具采用1模2腔，提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | According to structure and dimension characteristics of electrical outlet box, the material performance and injection technology, etc, were analyzed, the injection mold was designed based on the Pro,rE software. Adopted one disparting surfaces, designing the molding accessory, the demoulding problem was resolved, with 2-cavity, which increased production efficiency. |
