充气平面天线结构展开过程仿真分析

摘    要:针对平面天线的充气支撑管,提出了一种分段式充气控制体积方法.在LS-DYNA软件基础上,模拟了Z形折叠充气平面天线结构在无重力环境下的充气展开;分析了该过程中充气支撑管的每个折叠段的体积和内部压力变化、上横梁的动力学特征、以及展开后反射面褶皱情况等;并研制了样机.结果表明本文计算能够很好地模拟充气平面天线结构的展开全过程,可为空间展开预报提供依据.

Abstract:The method of segments inflatable control volume for inflatable support booms was present.The deployment process of the inflatable planar antenna(IPA) was simulated by LS-DYNA at the zero-gravity.Variations of volume and inner pressure in Z-folded inflatable support booms,dynamic characteristic of the upper beam,and wrinkle in the reflecting surface were analyzed.This prototype was developed.The results show that calculation can simulate the whole deployment process of the IPA,and offer the gist of the deployable prediction in the space.
