摘    要:厨房工程是一个造福于民的系统工程,涉及到多个部门。厨房工程要在政府的宏观指导与扶持下,以市场为导向,进行企业化的运作;要通过科研人员乃至科学家、企业家的共同攻关,在低成本、低利润的状态下运转,成为让利于民的形象工程。

Abstract:Kitchen engineering is a systematic engineering that brings benefit to people, which touches upon quite a few departments. Kitchen engineering must operate under the centralize guidance and support of the government, the lead of market. It will become an image engineering beneficial to people, if scientific research personnels, scientists and enterprisers tackle key problems together and operate under the condition of low-cost and low-profit.
