| 摘 要： | 研究了五种碳源、五种氮源在四种不同浓度下对茶薪菇菌丝体生长的影响，结果表明，当碳源的浓度为0．03g/mL时，葡萄糖为最好碳源，其次是蔗糖和淀粉，甘油和乳酸均不能用作碳源，当碳源的浓度为0．05g/mL,0.07g/mL,0.09g/mL时，淀粉为最好的碳源，在四种氮源的浓度梯度下，蛋白胨为最好的氮源，其次为硝酸钠、硝酸铵、硫酸铵，尿素用作氮源效果极差。

| Abstract: | The effects on the hypha grouth of Agrocybe aegerita of five catbon sources and five nitric sources in four different concentrations are reported.The results showthat glucose is the best carbon source,and Sucrose a nd Starch are second,and Lactose can' t be used as carbon sources,when the c oncentration of carbon source is 0.03(g /ml ).Starch is the best carbon source when the conce ntration of acrbon source is0.05?0.07?0.07(g /ml ).Under concentration of four nitric sources.Tryprone is the best suitable nitrogen source on pro moting growth of hypha,NaNo 3 . |
