直埋热水供热管道摩擦力计算探讨

摘    要:根据CJJ/T81-98《城镇直埋供热管道工程技术规程》,给出单位长度直埋供热管道与土壤之间摩擦力的计算式。针对大管径(大于DN500mm)管道,对计算式中,直埋供热管道外壳与土壤间的摩擦系数、管顶覆土深度的取值进行了探讨。结合实际工程,对以上两个参数取值,对DN800mm管段进行设计计算,运行效果良好,降低了固定支座造价。

Abstract:According to the Technical Specification for Directly Buried Heating Pipeline Engineering in City ( CJJ/T 81 - 98) the calculation formula of friction between per unit length directly buried hot-wa- ter heating pipeline and soil is given. The friction coefficient between directly buried hot-water heating pipeline shell and soil as well as the cover depth above top of pipe for large diameter pipeline of more than DN 500 mm are discussed. The above-mentioned parameters of DN 800 mm pipe are designed and calculated with an engineering example. The operation effect is good, and the cost of fixed supports is reduced.
