| 摘 要： | 全面阐述了通过Web技术实现计算机网络与水库站监控设备实时数据交换、远程在线监视及会商的相关问题。基于Web的远程防汛水情会商系统是一个网络化、多用户、支持网络浏览和上传下载、能进行信息和数据的二次处理以及数据的实时自动刷新功能的信息管理系统。
