Abstract:"Modular construction"is an important concept proposed by AP1000 nuclear power technology,which can effectively shorten the construction period.During the construction of steel containment vessel of AP1000 supporting project,due to the influence of design,manufacture and construction progress,some construction was completed in the nuclear island,which has a certain impact on the safety,quality and progress.According to the construction practice of the steel containment vessel,the optimization measures are summarized from three aspects of design,workshop prefabrication and site installation to improve the level of modular construction,and the saved construction period is analyzed quantitatively.
