不同小麦肽对断奶仔猪生产性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:研究不同小麦肽对断奶仔猪生产性能及血清生化指标的影响。64头20日龄刚断奶的健康仔猪,被随机均分成A、B、C、D四个处理组。A组做对照组,饲喂含0%小麦肽(WGH)的基础日粮,B组、C组和D组均为试验组,分别饲喂含2%不同分子质量组成的WGH,试验时间为14 d 。结果:试验前7 d:饲粮中添加小分子质量WGH为主的D组,能极显著地改善仔猪的日增重、料重比、腹泻率及血清中的尿素氮、总蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白、二胺氧化酶和D-乳酸(P﹤0.01),显著改善仔猪的采食量、血清中的碱性磷酸酶、皮质醇、乳酸脱氢酶和内毒素(P﹤0.05);添加大分子质量和中分子质量WGH为主的的B组和C组,显著改善仔猪的日增重、料重比、腹泻率和血清中的尿素氮、总蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白、二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸(P﹤0.05);试验后7 d:D组仔猪的平均日增重、腹泻率和血清中的总蛋白、尿素氮、免疫球蛋白、二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸得到明显改善(P﹤0.05);而B组和C组仔猪的生产性能和血清生化指标均未得到显著改善(P﹥0.05)。结果:小麦肽对改善断奶仔猪的生产性能和血清生化指标效果显著,小分子质量为主的小麦肽效果更好,且在仔猪刚断奶的7 d内使用效果好于其后。

Effects of Different Wheat Peptides on Growth Performance of Weaned Piglets and Serum Biochemical Indexes
Abstract:The effects of different wheat peptides on performance and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets were studied. Sixty four 20 day old healthy piglets were randomly divided into four treatment groups a, B, C and D. Group A was used as the control group and fed the basic diet containing 0% wheat peptide (WGH). Group B, group C and group D were the experimental groups. WGH containing 2% different molecular weight composition was fed respectively for 14 days. Results: seven days before the experiment, group D supplemented with low molecular weight WGH could significantly improve the daily gain, feed weight ratio, diarrhea rate, serum urea nitrogen, total protein, immunoglobulin, diamine oxidase and D-lactic acid (P < 0.01), and significantly improve the feed intake, serum alkaline phosphatase, cortisol Lactate dehydrogenase and endotoxin (P < 0.05); The daily gain, feed weight ratio, diarrhea rate and serum urea nitrogen, total protein, albumin, immunoglobulin, diamine oxidase and D-lactic acid of piglets in groups B and C supplemented with high and medium molecular weight WGH were significantly improved (P < 0.05). 7 days after the experiment, the average daily gain, diarrhea rate and total protein, urea nitrogen, immunoglobulin, diamine oxidase and D-lactic acid in serum of piglets in group D were significantly improved (P < 0.05); The performance and serum biochemical indexes of piglets in group B and group C were not significantly improved (P > 0.05). Results: Wheat peptide had a significant effect on improving the production performance and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets. The effect of wheat peptide with small molecular weight was better, and the effect was better within 7 days of weaning.
