单组分硅烷封端聚醚防霉密封胶的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以硅烷改性聚醚(MS)树脂、增塑剂、硅烷偶联剂、填料、防霉剂和催化剂为主要原材料,制备了一系列MS防霉密封胶,并研究了其防霉和物理性能。结果显示,Zinc Omadine、S+AM117、OIT-45均能显著提高MS密封胶的防霉性能,且防霉性随着防霉剂用量的增加而增强;S+AM117的抑菌效果和相容性更适合防霉MS密封胶体系,当其添加量为0.5%(质量分数)时,密封胶的物理力学性能达到JC/T 885—2016的25HM级别,同时防霉性能达到0级。

Abstract:A series of MS anti-mildew sealants are prepared with silane-modified polyether(MS)resin,plasticizer,silane coupling agent,filler,antifungal agent and catalyst as main materials,and the anti-mildew and physical properties are studied.The results show that Zinc Omadine,S+AM117 and OIT-45 can significantly improve the anti-mildew performance of MS sealant,and the anti-mildew performance improves with the increase of anti-mildew agent.Meanwhile,the antibacterial effect and compatibility of S+AM117 are more suitable for the anti-mildew MS sealant system,and the physical and mechanical properties of the sealant reach level 25HM in JC/T 885—2016,and the anti-mildew property reaches level 0.
