CFB锅炉燃烧生物质及RDF燃料的广谱污染物排放研究

摘    要:在热功率1MW的CFB燃烧试验台上对3类生物质和垃圾衍生燃料(refuse derived fuel,RDF)成型燃料进行试烧试验,对循环流化床锅炉燃用生物质及RDF燃料时污染物的排放特性进行了研究。结果表明:试验燃料NOx排放浓度随温度和氧量的升高而增大。随着炉膛燃烧温度的升高N2O排放量明显降低。设计燃料在床温860℃左右时,其SO2排放量最低,自脱硫效率最高;脱硫效率随着Ca/S的增加而升高,到一定程度后,增长的速度趋缓;设计燃料按Ca/S=1.5添加生石灰粉脱硫,炉膛平均燃烧温度为880℃左右时,脱硫效率最高。试验典型工况烟气中二恶英类以及飞灰、底渣中的二恶英含量均满足国家的排放标准要求。

Abstract:Three kinds of biomass briquettes were tested on the 1MW(th) CFB combustion test bench,and the emission characteristics of pollutants in CFB boiler burning biomass and refuse derived fuel (RDF) fuel were studied.The results show that the NOx emission concentration of the test fuel increases with the increase of temperature and oxygen content.With the increase of combustion temperature,N2O emission decreased significantly.When the bed temperature is about 860℃,SO2 emission of the design fuel is the lowest and the self desulfurization efficiency is the highest;the desulfurization efficiency increases with the increase of Ca/S,and the growth rate slows down to a certain extent;when adding quicklime powder according to Ca/S=1.5 and average furnace temperature at 880℃,the desulfurization efficiency is the highest for Design Fuel.The content of dioxins in flue gas,fly ash and bottom slag can meet the national emission standards.
