Abstract:The equipment hatch design of EPR is obviously different from CPR1000,which mainly composed of hatch,Tightening clamp,Hydraulic group,Heavy duty floor.Compared with the second generation nuclear power station,the Closure of the equipment hatch,the Lifting unit of the equipment hatch and the connection mode of the equipment hatch passage are all brand-new design,and there are also differences in the operation and maintenance methods.In order to improve equipment availability,ensure the normal operation of equipment during the outage can,in this paper,by studying the basic structure,working principle of equipment,analyzing the common mechanical failure of equipment doors during debugging as well as the prevention and treatment methods,sums up the equipment doors during daily and overhaul maintenance management strategy,for the security of nuclear power unit overhaul period has a positive significance.
