摘    要:为提高南海某油田收益、减少资源浪费和环境污染,为浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, FPSO)配备大型液化石油气(Liquefied Petroleum Gas, LPG)回收工艺系统,该系统由国内自主设计、建造、安装、维护。阐述如何通过建造技术及管理创新,提升建造工艺和项目管理,发展和深化一体化建造,实现节约施工场地空间、加快施工进程、加快施工辅助工具周转、节约建造人工时投入,进而达到项目降本增效的目标,为后续类似项目提供技术参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the income of an oil field in the South China Sea and reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution, the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) is equipped with a large-scale Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) recovery process system, which is independently designed, constructed, installed and maintained in China. How to improve the construction technology and project management, develop and deepen the integrated construction through the innovation of construction technology and management, so as to save the construction site space, speed up the construction process, speed up the turnover of construction auxiliary tools, and save the construction man hour investment, thus achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of the project is expounded, which provide technical reference for the similar project.
