摘    要:沈阳恒隆中街广场屋面工程主要有光电采光天窗及直立锁边屋面系统两种形式,在设计中充分考虑建筑造型复杂对整体防水与排水的影响,通过成熟可靠的设计方案结合优良的密封材料选材,为整个幕墙行业创造了一个典范之作。本文重点对该项目光电采光天窗系统的防排水设计和铝单板直立锁边复合屋面体系的防水设计作了介绍。

Abstract:There are two main forms of roof for Henglong Zhongjie Plaza in Shenyang:photoelectric skylight and standing seam roof system.During the design,the influence of complex building modeling on the overall waterproofing and drainage is taken into full consideration.Through the integration of mature and reliable design plan with excellent sealing material,this project sets an example for the whole curtain wall industry.This article mainly introduces the waterproofing and drainage design for the photoelectric skylight system and waterproofing design for the single aluminum board standing seam composite roof system of this project.
