高铁暗挖隧道接缝防水密封性能数值模拟分析

摘    要:以某隧道工程为例,采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对弹性橡胶防水密封垫的防水失效机理进行了数值模拟分析,然后分别建立Mooney Rivlin模型、有限元模型与弹性橡胶防水密封垫接触应力松弛时变模型,基于此,分析开缝和错缝防水密封垫的防水破坏机理。通过研究发现,当接缝张开时,渗漏主要发生在密封垫之间的接触面上,而当错缝位移增大时,则由密封垫接触面渗漏变为密封垫与混凝土管片沟槽的接触面渗漏。

Abstract:Taking some tunneling work as an example,the paper has a numerical simulation analysis on the waterproofing failure mechanism of elastic rubber waterproofing seal packing by large scale finite element software ABAQUS;then builds Mooney Rivlin model,finite element model and elastic rubber waterproofing seal packing contact stress relaxation time varying model respectively;based on this,it analyzes the waterproofing packing's waterproofing failure mechanism for open joints and staggered joints.Study results show:when the joints open,leakage mainly happens on the contact surface between seal packings;when the displacements of staggered joints increase,the leakage happens on the contact surface of seal packing and concrete segment groove instead.
