泡沫钻井流体环空携岩能力的影响因素

摘    要:阐述了泡沫钻井流体环空流型的判别方法,给出了不同流型下的求解岩屑滑脱速度和携岩率的数学模型,并结合现场钻井实例,计算和分析了各主要相关钻井参数对泡沫携岩能力的影响,给出了能维持较高携岩率的各钻井参数的适宜范围,对现场施工具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper described the discriminate method for the flow pattern of foams in annulus, and then summarized the mathematical models to calculate the slip velocity and the transport ratio of cuttings in different flow patterns. According to the case history of drilling, the inference of various major relevant drilling parameters on the cuttings carrying capacity of foams was calculated and analyzed, and the suitable ranges of various drilling parameters to ensure the enough transport ratio of cuttings were provided, which would be beneficial to the field applications.
