| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术发展,新的网络经营及消费方式逐渐被人们接受的背景下,进一步发掘市场,以人们所普遍使用的手机为基础,针对一部分人对特殊号码的需求,应用流行的PHP开发语言,结合关系数据库MySQL,设计开发了B2B模式的手机号码交易平台,为普通用户提供购买号码的平台,为号码经销商提供广阔的销售平台。
