| 摘 要： | 需求变更已经成为软件开发项目中突出的风险源头,是导致软件项目没能按照合同完成甚至失败的最主要原因之一。处理好软件项目的需求变更,是项目取得成功的关键。分析需求变更的原因,得出需求变更处理的基本原则和解决流程。

| Abstract: | The requirement change has been one of the top risks in software development projects,which is one of the main causes for the failure in accomplishing contracts so that appropriate response to requirement change is the key to the success in the projects.This paper analyzes the causes for requirement change,and concludes the basic principle and resolution process of dealing with all the changes. |
