香豆素类荧光化合物的微波合成及共光谱性能研究

摘    要:采用微波辐射技术合成了4种带有较强反应基团的7-二乙胺基类香豆素,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对产物的结构进行了表征。测试了4种化合物的吸收光谱和发射光谱,研究了不同溶剂对荧光性能的影响。结果表明,随着溶剂极性的增大所合成的化合物均表现为正溶剂化显色,且斯托克斯位移较大。

Abstract:Four kinds of 7-(N,N-diethylamino) coumarins with highly active groups were synthesized under microwave irradiation and their structures were characterized by IR,NMR. The absorption-emission spectra of four compounds and their luminescent spectra were determined, and the influences of different solvents on fluorescence performance were also studied. The results showed that the products represented positive solvatochromism and the Stokes shifts increased with increase of polarity of the solvents.
