摘    要:对乙烯裂解炉管用KH40耐热钢进行粉末法铝硅共渗处理。分析了铝硅共渗层的组织特点,研究了处理层的抗渗碳性能。结果表明,共渗处理层由粘附层、互扩散层和渗层组成;处理层在100h强渗碳条件下,表现出良好的抗渗碳性能。

Abstract:Silicon-aluminizing process was employed on HK40(25Cr-20Ni)high-temperature resistant steel(HTRS) for ethylene cracking tube.The feature of the microstructure of the silicon-aluminizing coating and its anti-carburizing property were analyzed and studied.The results show that the silicon-aluminizing treatment layer consists of adhere coating,interdiffuse coating and diffusion coating.After pack-carbonization for 100 h,the treatment layer still has quite good anti-carburizing property.
