脉动注水器的研制与应用

摘    要:根据风琴管、亥姆霍兹振动腔的脉冲射流原理,结合模拟试验,优化设计了适合注水用的脉动射流喷嘴,该喷嘴可以利用注水井自身能量,将稳定注入水转化为周期脉冲射流,在注入井附近地层建立振动场,使地层疏通或产生裂缝网,提高渗透率。计算机模拟此种喷嘴在非淹没状态下振幅可达90%以上,现场试验36口井,有效率达95%,平均注水压力降低幅度达11.6%。

Abstract:According to the principle of pulse jet flow of Helmholtz vibration cavity, on which an organ pipe is based, and through modeling experiments, a jetting nozzle suitble for water injection has been optimized and designed. This jetting nozzle can convert stablly injected water into periodical pulse jet flow using the energy of a water injetion well itself, so that a vibrating field is set up in formation close to a injection well to dredge formation and creat fracture network, consequently permeability is improved. In a computer simulation of this kind of nozzle, the amplitude in non submerging state can reach more than 90%. The nozzle has been tested in 36 wells with the effective ratio coming up to 95% and the average water injection pressure dropping by 11.6%.
