| Abstract: | A supercritical fluid chromatography device operating under a pressure of 200 kg/cm 2 is installed. By means of the device are studied the influences of temperature and mobile phase rate on retention value, selectivity and column efficienc. Alos the relationship between zone width and retention time under supercritical chromatography condition is investigated. |
