降膜式蒸发器的分程及其注意事项

降膜式蒸发器的特点是料液在蒸发器中受热的时间较短,减少受热时间无疑可以最大限度保持料液中有益元素不被破坏,从而保证产品的品质。分程是因为降膜管的周边润湿量不足,为防止结垢结焦加速或干壁现象产生,采取分程的方法进料以加大降膜管的周边润湿量。仅以YNNM03-3800型三效降膜式蒸发器在椰奶生产中的应用为例进行阐述。

Split-ranging Control and Related Items of Falling Film Evaporator

The characteristic of falling film evaporator is that beating time of medium liquid in evaporator is short. Reducing heating time can prevent beneficial elements in medium liquid from being destroyed and ensure the quality of product. Split-ranging control is used to prevent the accelerating of scaling and coking and tube drying, both caused by insufficient wetness in falling film tubes. This method can increase the wetness in falling film tubes. In this paper, three-way falling film evaporator Mode YNNM03-3800 applied in production of coconut milk is elaborated as an example.
