异径单辊驱动薄带轧机轧制力及力矩特性研究

摘    要:因一个从动工作辊直径大幅度减小,使轧制力和力矩较对称轧制时大幅度降低,且道次压下率愈大,带材愈薄,异径经给愈大,则下降幅度愈大。文中分析了其大幅度降低的原因,并推导出求轧制力和力矩的简化公式。

Abstract:Because the diameter of one non-driven roll can be greatly reduced,the roll- ing force and torque are decreased than that of synchronous rolling. The bigger the redu- ction of every pass, the thinner the strip. the greater The different diameter ratio, the bigger the reduction of rolling force and torque. The reasons of rolling force and torque reduction are discussed. Also the simplified formulas of rolling force and torque are derived.
