聚丙烯粉料表面的紫外光和射线辐照接枝

摘    要:以马来酸酐(MAH)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、丙烯酰胺(AA)为单体,对预氧化和未处理的聚丙烯(PP)粉进行固相光接枝、溶液光接枝,固相γ射线接枝以及γ射线预辐照溶液接枝,用FT-IR、ESCA和化学滴定法对接枝聚丙烯进行了定性和定量表征。结果表明,各单位均在聚丙烯表面发生了不同程度的接枝共聚。

Abstract:The pre-per-peroxidized and original polypropylene powders were grafted with monomers, including MAH, AA, EA and A, by using the methods of UV-irradiation solid phase or solutionphase grafting, r-irradiation solid phase grafting, andr-preirradiation solution grafting. Thegrafted PP was characterized by means of FT-IR, ESCA and Chemical titration qualitatively andquantitatively. The results showed that all monomers had grafted onto the polypropylene surfaceIn some extent.
