钢板弹簧断裂问题的试验及分析

摘    要:针对某微型汽车后钢板弹簧中心孔处断裂问题进行研究,认为断裂是由于夹箍夹紧力不足,在使用过程中夹紧处产生变形,使载荷传入夹紧区而导致的。通过试验和计算,证实了在夹箍失效后中心孔处应力会上升。最后提出钢板弹簧在制造和装配过程中应注意的事项。

Experiment and Analysis on the Fracture of Automobile Leaf Spring

Abstract:The fracture problem that located in the center bolt hole of mini-automobile leaf spring is studied in this paper.The inadequacy clamp force of U-clamp and the deformation of U-clamp during the work causing the load pass to the area of clamp is the main reason of the fracture.And the stress on the center area of the bolt hole will rise when the U-clamp failed is proved by test and calculation.Some questions should be pay attention to in the process of leaf spring manufacture and assemble are presented in the paper.
