| 摘 要： | 2005年春节,湖南电网遭遇了一场50年一遇的特大冰灾,多条500kV及以下线路出现冰闪跳闸,倒塔断线,电网安全面临前所未有的严峻考验。通过对这次冰灾特点的论述和对冰灾成因的分析,对今后输电线路的设计和运行提出了应对措施和一些建议。

| Abstract: | A special great ice disaster once for 50 years was encountered in Hunan Power Grid in Spring festival of 2005, during which the ice flash and trip out failures occurred to many 500 kV and below transmission lines and as a result many towers were fell down with breakage of conductors. The power grid encountered severe risk of safety. The author describes the characters of the ice disaster, analyzes the caused for the ice disaster form and puts forward some countermeasures and comments on design and operation of the transmission lines in future. |
