摘    要:设计了一种场强大于5 T的强磁场永磁魔环机构.采用了矢量Preisach磁滞模型和有限元计算相结合的方法,全面考虑了强永磁机中出现的局部饱和、局部退磁和旋转磁化等异常磁化现象,采用了加入软磁材料、调整充磁方向、选用两种不同牌号永磁材料以及采用磁屏蔽固定外壳等一系列方法,有效降低了局部饱和与退磁,增强了魔环有效区场强.并利用正交实验法结合穷举法优化永磁魔环各部分尺寸和充磁方向,最终使魔环中心有效区内平均场强高达5.698 T,证明了魔环结构设计的合理性和优化方法的有效性.

Abstract:A new magic ring mechanism in which average flux densities is more than 5?T has been designed.Combining vector Preisach hysteresis model with finite element analysis,abnormal magnetizations including local saturation,local demagnetization and rotational magnetization are considered comprehensively.A series of methods such as adding soft magnetic material,adjusting magnetization directions,selecting two grades permanent magnet and replacing anti-nagnetic shell to magnetic sheilded shell are presented.The local saturation and demagnetization are reduced,and magnetic strength in air cavity of magic ring is enhanced.Furthermore,dimensions of each part and directions of magnetization are optimized by the combination of orthogonal testing method and exhaust algorithm.Average flux densities in air cavity of magic ring reach 5.698?T,which verifies the rationality of the construction of magic ring and validity of the optimization method.
