淬硬模具钢SKD61的高速铣削加工研究

摘    要:针对淬硬条件下的压铸模常用钢SKD61的高速铣削进行研究,结果表明:铣削速度越高,表面质量越好;油液冷却所得到加工表面质量比气体冷却的好。模具淬硬钢高速铣削加工既可以保证加工表面的质量,又可以获得较高的生产效率。

Abstract:The high speed milling of a hardened steel SKD61 which is usually employed for making transfer mould was studied. The results show that when hardened steel is being processed by high speed milling, the faster the milling is, the better the surface quality is achieved; and the processed surface quality is better when cooling is conducted by oil rather than by air. High speed milling of hardened mould steel can not only ensure the quality of the surface that has been processed, but also achieve a high efficiency of production.
