催化裂化-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺的应用

摘    要:介绍了催化裂化-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺在玉门炼油化工总厂的应用情况,结果表明,催化裂化-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺是一种先进而成熟的技术,组合工艺的实施可以提高催化裂化装置掺渣率3%,丙烷脱沥青装置轻脱油和重脱油收率提高12%,丙烷脱沥青装置可以生产出符合中国石油化工集团公司Q/SHR004—2000标准的AH-90重交通道路沥青。

Abstract:The application of the combination process of catalytic cracking and propane deas-phalting in Yumen Petrochemical Complex was introduced. The results showed that the said combination process was an advanced and mature technology, the residue-blending rate in FCCU increased by 3%, and the overall yields of the light and heavy deasphalted oil increased by 12%. The propane deas-phalting unit could produce heavy-duty road asphalt, which met AH-90 of SINOPEC Q/SHR004-2000 Standard.
