| 摘 要： | 面对科学发展的新阶段,国有煤炭企业转型升级任务繁重,承担的社会责任加大,这就要求必须把和谐企业建设作为实现煤炭企业长远发展的根本途径。分析了和谐企业建设需要解决的问题,阐述了和谐企业建设的三个要素:领导能力、平衡能力和发展能力。
