国家图书馆二期工程钢结构提升平台模板施工方法

国家图书馆二期工程钢结构采用整体提升技术,整体提升总重为10388t,创造了世界建筑史上钢结构整体提升新纪录。本文根据该工程的特点,提出了选择提升平台模板支撑的思路;还针对悬挑梁角部受力大的特点,提出了对原有支架单独设计加工的方法;最后介绍了主要施工措施及注意事项。

Formwork Construction Technique of Steel Structure mobile form in the Second Stage Project of the National Library

The steel structure in the second stage project of the National Library adopts monolithic lift technique, the gross weight to lift is 10388t, which breaks the record of steel structure monolithic lifting in the world construction history. According to the traits of this project, this paper advance a concept of hoisting flat formwork support. For the characteristic that there is a high force at the corner of overhanging girder, this paper also poses a method of design and machining the intrinsic bearing by itself, finally introduces the main construction process and points for attention.
