单柱横向温度缝在单层多跨厂房中的应用

摘    要:为了减小多跨超宽单层钢刚架结构的温度应力,某工程在横向采用单柱温度缝将多跨横向超宽钢刚架结构分为主结构和子结构,其中主结构的横向宽度满足不考虑温度应力和温度变形对结构承载力影响的条件,子结构采用柱顶设置限制位移滚轴支座与主结构连接,按风荷载标准值作用下主结构柱顶水平位移值,确定滚轴支座位移限值,以此位移限值对子结构施加强迫位移并验算子结构是否满足承载力要求。经多种结构方案计算比较,单柱横向温度缝的构造措施在不显著增加结构造价条件下,能有效降低多跨超宽单层钢刚架结构的温度应力,此优化设计方法可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:In order to reduce the temperature stress in a multi-span and super-wide single storey steel frame, the contraction joints of the single column for a project is employed to divide the multi-span and super wide steel frame into main structure and substructure. The lateral width of the main structure meets the conditions without accounting of the effect of temperature stress and deformation on the structural bearing capacity. The substructure connects the main structure with rolling supports which are set in the top of columns. The displacement of rolling supports must be limited according to the horizontal displacement of the main structure at the top of columns under wind load combination. The substructure and the main structure would work together if the displacement of the roiling support reaches the limit, and check the bearing capacity of the substructure. According to the structural analysis , the lateral contraction joints of the single column transverse temperature crack can effectively reduce the temperature stress in multi-span and super-wide single storey steel frame without increasing the cost of the structure, and the design method may be a reference for similar projects.
