摘    要:介绍了一种带锈钢铁擦拭磷化工艺.该工艺方法简单方便,经济实用,无废气、废水、废渣,得到的磷化膜层耐蚀性及结合力优于传统的带锈涂刷防锈底漆,特别适用于现场组装的大型设备的表面磷化.

Abstract:A kind of wiping phosphating process used for rusty steel substrate was introduced. The process has the advantages of being simple and convenient, economical and practical, no waste gas, wastewater and waste residue. The corrosion resistance and adhesion of the phosphating film are superior to that of traditional anticorrosive primer. It is especially suitable for surface phosphating treatment of field-assembled large equipment.
