三峡工程地下电站主厂房顶拱锚杆施工技术

摘    要:三峡工程地下电站主厂房顶拱跨度32.60m,是目前世界上跨度最大的地下厂房,锚喷支护是主厂房顶拱支护的主要措施,系统锚杆中有张拉锚杆和砂浆锚杆两种类型,砂浆锚杆又有“先注浆后插杆”和“先插杆后注浆”两种施工方法。系统锚杆完成后,通过无损检测对锚杆的施工进行了检查,检查结果满足国家规范和三峡工程技术标准的要求。

Anchor Rod Constructing Technique in the Underground Power Station in the Three Gorges Project

Abstract:The underground power station of the Three Gorges Project is currently the largest span of the underground plant in the world.The main arch span of the roof is 32.6m.The main supporting measure of the main plant arch span is bolt-spray support.There are two type of the system bolt tension,which are anchor rod and mortar rod.The mortar rod has two types of constructing methods,which are"first pour after in- sert"and"first insert after pour".After the completion of the system rod,using a nondestructive testing method to inspect the quality of the an- chor rod construction.The result shows that the quality of the project can meet the requests of the national standards and the technical standard of the Three Gorges Project.
