| 摘 要： | 建立了有机薄膜电容器结构设计和热计算的数学模型。编制的金属化有机薄膜电容器的ＣＡＤ软件，对ＣＢＢ６１型聚丙烯薄膜电容器的结构设计和热计算应用表明是实用的。对其他有机材料及结构的电容器的应用正探索中。
