| VEGF在小儿囊状淋巴管瘤的表达及其临床意义 |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿囊状淋巴管瘤的发病机制,明确小儿颈部囊状淋巴管瘤的病理性质,为临床治疗方案提供一定的指导。方法免疫组化法(S-P法)检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在48例小儿囊状淋巴管瘤组织中的阳性表达情况,并以20例大月份引产胎儿的胸导管作为正常淋巴管组织对照。结果VEGF在小儿囊状淋巴管瘤中阳性表达率为21%与正常淋巴管组织阳性表达无明显差异(各组P值均>0.05)。结论小儿囊状淋巴结瘤可能是一种淋巴管畸形而非真性肿瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the etiology of the cystic lymphangiomas in children.Methods VEGF in tissue sections of 48 children cystic lymphangiomas(experimental group) and 20 normal lymphatics were detected by immunohistochemical method of S-P.Result VEGF expressed in Lymphangiomas by rate 21%.there is no significant difference between the positive expressing rates of Children cervical cystic Lymphangiomas and that of normal tilymphatics(P > 0.05).Conclusion lymphangiomas in children was possibly a kind of lymphatic malformation,but not a real tumorous disease. |
