摘    要:采用沉淀-氧化法预处理甲基硫菌灵生产废水,考察了硫酸铜加入量和氧化剂加入量对CODCr去除率的影响。试验结果表明,沉淀-氧化法比较适宜的工艺条件:硫酸铜加入量为16.7 g/L、次氯酸钠投加量为400mL/L、总反应时间5 h。废水经沉淀-氧化预处理后CODCr的质量浓度从12 000 mg/L降至1 000~1 500 mg/L,CODCr去除率达到87.5%~91.7%,为进一步处理提供了有利的条件。

Abstract:Using sedimentation-oxidation process to pretreat wastewater from thiophanate methyl production,the effects of bluestone dose and oxidant dose on CODCr removal efficiency were studied respectively.The results of the test showed that,technical parameters suitable for pretreatment were: dosage of bluestone and sodium hypochlorite were 16.7 g/L and 400 mL/L respectively and total reaction time was 5 h.After be treated by sedimentation-oxidation process,the mass concentration of CODCr of the effluent water decreased from 12 000 mg/L to 1 000-1 500 mg/L,the removal rate of CODCr reached 87.5%-91.7%,which provided favourable condition for the next procedure.
