摘 要: | 详细介绍基于UG软件平台和AVL650e四轴立式加工中心对维纳斯进行数控仿真与实体加工的实现思路与步骤,针对AVL650e四轴机床的特殊运动关系,基于UG/Post Builder开发了针对该设备的专用后处理程序文件、机床文件和控制器文件,并通过VERICUT模拟仿真和加工验证了其正确性和可行性,对拓展同类多轴机床的加工范围有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: | Based on UG software platform and AVL650e four axis vertical machining center,the realization ideas and steps of NC simulation and entity machining for Venus were introduced in detail.Aiming at the special motion relationship of AVL650e four axis machine tool,based on UG/Post Builder,the special post processing program files,machine tool files and controller files were developed for the equipment,its correctness and feasibility were verified through VERICUT simulation and processing.It provides reference for expanding the processing range of similar multi axis machine tools. |
